At D-BAT Lakeside we are serious about who we hire to teach the players at D-BAT Lakeside. We look for instructors that not only understand the proper concepts, philosophy and principals necessary to propel players to the next level but are able to communicate to players of all ages allowing a full benefit from instruction. Lessons are taught with the ballplayer as the focus while involving the parents during the lesson.
Our instructors can instruct players at every level for improvement, however, our instructors can not be at the player's games, so they rely on the parents for proper feedback on how the player is doing in game situations.
